At Handicraft Palace we take great pride in sourcing and producing those items which are handmade by artisans using techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation. As we are located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, we are at the center of India’s craft producing regions.

Whether it be decorative pillows from Barmer, block print tapestries from Sanganer, ceramic knobs from Bagru, or brass wall hooks from Moradabad, we strive to carry only the most beautiful and unique hand crafted items. Each piece in our range is carefully crafted by the artisans, and it’s with great joy that we can make these items available for anyone to enjoy.

How are items packaged?

All Handicrunch items packaged at our warehouses- as to avoid any form damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap. We send all items with lots of care.

Do you process bulk orders?

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment through Cards & PayPal. PayPal, Paytm, UPI, accept all major credit and debit cards.

What should I do if my payment doesn't get through or fails?

If your payment is declined, we recommend you check the details you entered and try again. Also, check that your debit/ credit card has not expired or been replaced.

Do you keep my card details?

No, we don’t store any of your card information.

When do I get confirmation that my order has been successfully placed?

We encourage you to place order by creating an account at our website. Once your account has been created, you can always track confirmation & status of your order by visiting this page. Alternatively, you will also get an instance mail after successfully creating an order.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change delivery address until your item is shipped. Once item is shipped out from our warehouse we are unable to change delivery address. We would recommend you please change delivery address soon after you place order on the site. Please contact us with your order number for changing address.

How long does it take an order to reach me?

Shipping for all orders Free.

  • How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 3-7 days to reach you.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in One shipment. .

  • What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +91-9672276068 or write to us at ask@handicraft-palace.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

  • My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • If we are unable to fulfil the order in 20 days due to any reasons, it shall be cancelled.

* Prepaid express shipping orders take upto 3 business days. Please call us between 11 to 6 PM

* We take 1 working day to ship international orders from our end.

Rs. 100 Would be added to your shipment If it is below Rs. 1600. Cash on delivery is not available below 1600 rupees.

What is Free Express Shipping?

With Standard Shipping your ordered products take 14 to 24 days to reach. Under Free Express Shipping, products will reach you around 3 to 5 days, So Exciting!

My order got destroyed by the shipping company. What do I do now?

Our Express shipping only attempts twice to deliver an order at an address provided by you. If you fail to receive an order, the shipping company puts it in their warehouse. The order is destroyed after 10-15 days as the nature of the shipment is International.
We do not refund for the same. It is customer’s responsibility to be physically present on either of the two times when the shipment arrives at the address.

Do you offer any guarntee?

Be assured that we strive to maintain the highest Western standards of quality and service.

We offer a complete guarantee on all the products we sell and accept returns in case of any defect, damage or loss in transit. We will arrange prompt replacement at no additional charge in such case.

 

  • If you have received the damaged product or a wrong product, please send it back to us with your order number. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.

I have ordered a wrong size/color. Can I get it exchanged/replaced?

In case you do not like your Handicraft Palace order and you wish to return your order, the same can be returned in accordance with the return policy specified hereunder:

1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within a period of 3 days of receiving the merchandise. The categorisation Eligible products for return is reflected on our product screens under shipping information.

2. all products are eligible for returns. Fabric by the yard/meter is not eligible for return as it is custom cut as per the order received. Only a damaged or a wrong fabric is eligible for return in this particular case.

3. The Handicraft Palace team must receive your request through email – ask@handicraft-palace.com or whatsapp 9672276068. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up as per your convenience.

4. In the event that your product arrives as damaged, you must send us a photo of the damaged product at ask@handicraft-palace.com. You must email us about the receipt of the damaged order within 48 hours of receiving your order.

5. Once return is approved by handicraftpalace, you will receive an option for Exchange or Refund from our side. A refund can be generated back to your credit card or bank account depending upon the mode of payment. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.

6. Exchange is only available once per garment. Exchange pickup is done by us with no additional cost. Exchange item will only be shipped once we receive the original product with us. In case there are multiple exchanges, customer has to bear the subsequent costs of reverse pick and delivery i.e INR 120/- per item for India.

7. We will process all returns within 3-4 working days. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the Handicraft Palace team ask@handicraft-palace.com.

8. All returns/exchange are subject to the discretion of Handicraft Palace.

The product I received look slightly different from its image shown on the website. Can I return my order?
