At Handicraft Palace we take great pride in sourcing and producing those items which are handmade by artisans using techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation. As we are located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, we are at the center of India’s craft producing regions.

Whether it be decorative pillows from Barmer, block print tapestries from Sanganer, ceramic knobs from Bagru, or brass wall hooks from Moradabad, we strive to carry only the most beautiful and unique hand crafted items. Each piece in our range is carefully crafted by the artisans, and it’s with great joy that we can make these items available for anyone to enjoy.

How are items packaged?

All Handicrunch items packaged at our warehouses- as to avoid any form damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap. We send all items with lots of care.

Do you process bulk orders?

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment through Cards & PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards.

What should I do if my payment doesn't get through or fails?

If your payment is declined, we recommend you check the details you entered and try again. Also, check that your debit/ credit card has not expired or been replaced. If the payment is still declined, you’ll need to contact your debit card or credit card issuer for more information, or you’ll need to contact PayPal for help.

Do you keep my card details?

No, we don’t store any of your card information.

When do I get confirmation that my order has been successfully placed?

We encourage you to place order by creating an account at our website. Once your account has been created, you can always track confirmation & status of your order by visiting this page. Alternatively, you will also get an instance mail after successfully creating an order.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change delivery address until your item is shipped. Once item is shipped out from our warehouse we are unable to change delivery address. We would recommend you please change delivery address soon after you place order on the site. Please contact us with your order number for changing address.

How long does it take an order to reach me?

It takes 1-2 days to make and process your order before it can be shipped. We have two modes for delivery – Standard Shipping or Express Shipping.
Express Shipping takes 3 to 5 days
Standard Shipping takes 14 to 24 days

What is Free Express Shipping?

With Standard Shipping your ordered products take 14 to 24 days to reach. Under Free Express Shipping, products will reach you around 3 to 5 days, So Exciting!

My order got destroyed by the shipping company. What do I do now?

Our Express shipping only attempts twice to deliver an order at an address provided by you. If you fail to receive an order, the shipping company puts it in their warehouse. The order is destroyed after 10-15 days as the nature of the shipment is International.
We do not refund for the same. It is customer’s responsibility to be physically present on either of the two times when the shipment arrives at the address.

We offer a complete guarantee on all the products we sell and accept returns in case of any defect, damage or loss in transit. We will arrange prompt replacement at no additional charge in such case.

I have ordered a wrong size/color. Can I get it exchanged/replaced?

No. Our each product is made to order so we don’t offer any exchange or replacement.

The product I received look slightly different from its image shown on the website. Can I return my order?

Sorry, we do not offer any returns / refunds as our each and every product is handmade with vegetable dyes. This may cause the color to look a little dull in comparison to the ones with chemicals infused in it.
Also there may be asymmetry in the print due to hand printing. We do not offer any exchanges or refunds for the same.
